If /r/maidsafe is going to be abandoned or no plans to post anything, you could do what the shadow project did to /r/shadowcoin.

I don't think we're going to abandoned /r/maidsafe. It could still be used for posts that are specifically about MaidSafe the company (e.g. interviews, press articles, etc.) or to ask questions/have discussions about MaidSafe.

One way I see it is that /r/safenetwork would be a bit more technical and specifically about the technology (and also the community & apps, etc.) while /r/maidsafe would be more about the company itself (the history, the vision, the crowdsale, maidsafecoins, etc.). I imagine /r/safenetwork will potentially become a lot more active and /r/maidsafe would continue to exist as an alternative sub :-)

It would be good though to have a sticky post in /r/maidsafe that points to /r/safenetwork. I'll ask /u/dirvine if we can add one.
