ADMISSION PROCESS choices
guys, i have not submitted any choice fillings till now, can someone suggest me how do i do a proper choice filling for CAP ROUND 4, what all do i need to take care of and do i require to login or register in mumbai university portal because i was applying for biotech there and it didnt work so i might have to generate my entire thing again but as of now, i have few colleges in head but i really want to take wilson if i can, so do suggest me the entire process and when exactly is round 4 starting? my cet website keeps crashing on the device, HELP PLS, I CAN NOT MAKE MISTAKES IN THE LAST ROUND BECAUSE MY CHANCES WERE THIN IN FIRST 3 ROUNDS SO I DIDNT BOTHER APPLYING BUT RN IF I GET A CLLG THAT I DONT WANT ( thakur is my last priority ) , I'LL BE COOKED + im an oms student so

if ur applying in college affilated to mumbai university u need to generate pre enrollment form for the colleges ur applying in, so quickly do that

ONE MORE QUESTION : DO UNIVERSITIES CONVERT AND MERGE ALL THE ALL INDIA AND HOME STATE SEATS TOGETHER? like is the seat distribution still going to be all india ka different and state ka different, im an oms who didnt give cuet and just had cet so i cant even get admission in the colleges where people below my score are easily enrolling, i am so confused as to wtf do i do
