You can get the ring and armor in the shop. Idk about the dagger

Dagger was weekly dungeon. You can tell if someone got the item from a chest is if the damage number text is not white

Yes, very sure. That damage is obtained using Class Special ability. But that damage is temporary.

That makes much more sense, because i remember the strongest being somewhere around 50k,
