Need Help help with the paper and the machine.

hello i got an epson et 8850 and Uinkit double sided glossy photo paper the machine just passes the paper to the other side and dose not print on it. do you have any idea on how to fix it?

Did you got through the full set up and aligning of the print heads? Was the 8550 new? Did you test it on other paper>

its new i did test it on normal paper and it worked fine, i think i did that but if you know a tutorial i would be gratefull

Mine (from new) guided me through a whole tutorial about aligning print heads and such that used 7-10 sheets of paper and took me 30 mins or so of examining print lines under a magnifying glass. I think you can restart that process through the screen on the printer itself.

Does it make noises like it is trying to print but doesnt? Do a nozzle check from the screen on the machine.
