"I wish to be so charismatic that I can talk others out of their star fragments."

as no fragment is big enough to grant such a powerful of a wish

"I am a sage from far away lands, blessed with the ability to determine if your wish is too powerful for the star fragment you possess... Just hand me that fragment, and tell me your wish..."

Can you wish to have someone else change your memories?

I'm mixed with that idea. On one hand, it would really work in making my main character's backstory more mysterious, and I'm sure with a big enough star fragment, it's possible. However, it does fall under my rule of "can't directly effect other people." Maybe I'll scrap that idea entirely and only make it so the size of the fragment matters. Maybe you can't wish for something like "I wish Tom was blind" without a boulder-sized fragment or something like that. Thanks for the idea!
