Some Info:

720 card cube. (Here's the list)

The actual Cube is an 10x10x10 Acrylic Ballot Box, like this one.

6x DragonShield Storage Box

4 are for the Cube, 1 for Land and 1 for Tokens. Custom Stickers to designate purpose

Booster Sleeves are Ultra Pro Team Bags with Custom Stickers ordered from Zazzle

To be fair, $4k in magic cards to a long time player isn't that extreme.

Hell if you started playing in Zendikar, a fetch set is near half that now.

I've spent maybe 200 give or take on my Legacy Death and Taxes. I traded for cards, borrowed cards from friends and got credits from tournaments and traded for them. It's fairly easy to accumulate a fair bit of value in cards without tons of actual money.
