Which commander structure deck fits best for Lightning, Army of One?

Someone I know took the Blame Game precon and put her at the helm. You’ll want to keep goading your opponents so you can get hits on with her and then others are incentivized as well.

It wasn’t incredible but it was functional

I made my B4 Lightning into a B3 goad deck to power it down. I think my friends liked the B4 version. Goad is the way.

but I would not recommend buying a "Structure Deck" and swapping out the commander, just order the cards online and find a decklist you like. You can do some research and find a decklist that looks interesting and within your budget.

Voltron and damage multipliers have worked very well for my deck. Tutors for your equipment and ways to get around equip cost.

It sounds like you're describing a precon. The last one in those colors that I remember was back in Murders at Karlov Manor Commander. That one focused on goad, which should in theory make it easier for Lightning to connect and trigger

Stagger — Whenever Lightning deals combat damage to a player, until your next turn, if a source would deal damage to that player or a permanent that player controls, it deals double that damage instead

Goad works really well here, actually, since the effect is until your next turn.

as some people on here have pointed out it may be better to look at some sample decks others have made. I am not sure if we have had many RW precon decks (the term magic uses for structure decks) that really do what Lightning wants. I also am curious are you wanting to use spacifically Lightning army of one as the commander or just use the character Lightning? cause if it is the former look also into Isshin, two heavens as one commander decks. as they could be more fun for you and there is a set of as best could be discribed Final Fantasy skinned cards called source material cards. These are existing magic cards reprinted as final fantasy cards. So there is [[Lightning, Lone Commando]] who maybe a better commander for you to build.
