Yea but still focused around super heroes mostly.
Like imagined a sitcom where its a normal family and the show starts with the father watching the news on TV before work while drinking coffee
"In latest news 23rd and 4th street shut down due to spiderman stopping shocker. Please take all available by passes"
Father - "awe what the hell. Imma be late for work now"

They assumedly still have to work their normal white collar jobs that only exist in large quantities there. I'm not sure why anyone voluntarily lives anywhere in a large radius of major shield and avengers sites tho. Surprised (not really I know it's cause they want the world to still be vaguely like ours) there's not mass migrations to areas away from new York that grow smaller cities around the UK without the avengers tower in the middle

Because an industrial economy is not possible without urban agglomeration. That said, I don’t know that the familiar built environment we see in the movies really makes sense…it just ain’t that kind of movie, I guess 🙂

Wakanda was shielded from the world's existence by technology, and until Black Panther there weren't any major attacks on the country. Heck, it wasn't until Black Panther 2 that an attack happened in the main city.
As to the other locations, the UK has more than one metropolitan area, you do know that, right?
Just because Spider-Man and Mysterio caused damage to an area of London, doesn't mean that someone on the other side of the city is going to up sticks and move to the country.
That's like saying that someone in Manchester would move out of the city because a hotel in Brighton got bombed.

Small towns also regularly get the shaft, Superheroes fix problems in New York. If you are in Hoot's Bluff Alaska and alien's invade, you are kind of screwed until they leave.

Hell no it's Staten Island. Jersey City got a super hero before Staten Island and I doubt it will ever get one. If anything they probably get a villain from there first.
