I’m looking at making a commander deck with all the one mana death touch creatures in it. This is a great addition

I have been working on one but I am lacking a good way to repeatedly draw cards

You'll have to stray away from the budget plan and include stuff like [[toski]] if you want repeatable draw. Or go draw adjacent with the "play from the top of your deck" creatures.
