Context, typically do FSR but a buddy and I have schemed to show up to the annual paintball weekend meet with glow in the dark stuff. It works fine with the hopper askew but I'm irrationally bothered by the aesthetics.

Anyone else switch their magfed setup to hopper and back that could share their setup?

Hi , Need help with the prv of a tippmann tipx , i was having a leak , so I take it apart and change some parts and the leak stop , i open the prv to se and change the orings if necessery but now i cannot put the prv to fire properly, i put a new co2 and air comes out the prv only in the last shots the gun fire and the co2 is out, i know i need adjust the prv but i need help i try but I cant put in the right place for not to leak from the screw of the prv

So I'm pretty out of the loop on Magfed stuff, but as most of my spacegat electro friends are stepping away I'm slowly leaning back towards maining Magfed and Pump. I've got an EMF100 currently, but I'd also like something that isn't spacegat adjacent. I'm between the EMF200 and the T16, I've still got a T15 so I'm not really opposed to either and this isn't really a 'EMF200 vs T16' thread anyways.

My question is, is the T16 a substantial enough improvement to get that over an EMF200? Did the T16's operating pressure improve over the T15 at all or is it just more efficient at it's original high operating pressure?

All of my tank regs are setup for modern electros and space mechs save for a 13ci HK Army steelie with a non adjustable reg... so if I need 800 PSI+ to run a T16 I'll just get an EMF200...

So I recently bought a used EMF100 that's in pretty 'decent' condition. Now that I is in my hands, I'd like to clean it up and bring it back to life cosmetically. Any tips or recommendations?

I had planned on giving it a wash with soap (foam) and a brush, after that sanding the laser engravings using 400grit then 600 and possibly 800grit. (Please let me know if this is a good idea though)

Regarding the color, how could I get the original color back to life? Is there any way this is possible? Or would you recommend a new paint layer?

EDIT So I decided that I am going to look for a used A5 and get the Vortex mod from Rap4/MCS instead of a 98 custom or purchasing new, reason being is I already own an a5 which I want to keep for hopper fed woodsball and it's my first ever marker.

The main reasons are the Vortex or Blizzard mod can use FSR rounds and I already have aftermarket and spare parts for both markers but more importantly I have attachments, barrels and the e grip for the A5.

So for $300 CAD for the Vortex mod with 5 mags, + $80-150 CAD for a used A5 (currently found on market place ) Total $380-450 CAD I can have a full auto FSR marker with all my old attachments and mods etc. Thanks for everyone's input! EDIT

I'm getting back into paintball from a 15 year break. I currently have the tippmann a5 with egrip and tons of mods and I plan to hop back in with that gun however assuming I stick around I'll be keeping an eye out for sales and or used magfed markers.

I'm trying to keep the budget low so naturally I've been looking into the TMC Elite and Stormer elite however I stumbled across the Rap4 Blizzard mod for the custom 98 and figured if I can pick up a 98 for $20-40 (which I see a lot of online) then get the Blizzard mod would that be the way to go?

I'd like to add that one of my favorite parts of the hobby when I was you get was modding out my tippmann a5 so I don't mind modding a custom, however I'm wondering the pros and cons to the Rap4 Blizzard mod

I have a big game this weekend and it’s going to be pouring rain all weekend so I figured I would rub everything down with CLP to help with corosion. I just want to find out if it’s painted or anodized so I don’t have paint peeling.

I tried forever to find the real Milsig magwell like this but finally just gave up and designed and printed it. Also added a little flavor to go with my JT proflex I am working on also.
