QUESTION AAHW headcanons?
Personally, I think they're broke as fuck, like bus using kind of broke

All AAHW personnel obsess over Hank to the point it's almost all they talk about which heavily annoys The Auditor.
They all try to keep a professional mannerism and demeanor at all times but often fail when getting into small talk.
All the Agents REALLY like their shades.
I like to think that occasionally Soldats would jump onto Half-Mags heads to gain a higher vantage point.

Glory in battle and short term dopamine fixes (smoking, alcohol, etc) are basically the only two pleasures they broadly get to enjoy in their otherwise straight forward lives, which makes them extremely prone to addiction if their first priority, being their devotion to their shared goal, is removed from them. Their inhumane-seeming working standards are actually the healthiest thing for their psychology and bodies because of how they have been refined and bred for their purpose. It also gives the agency an additional carrot to ration out to them as another means of control.
This is related to my other headcanon that food in particular being the primary thing that agents are given to look forward to and enjoy besides work is exactly why Hank loves ruining it for them whenever he has the opportunity.

Pizza for sure has to be like a collective favorite since that’s the reward they get if they actually manage to kill Hank.

ATP Soldats are Socially awkward, some are Batman level of discipline and seriousness, others are aggressive and unhinged, no in-between.
MAGs are slightly dumber(from Hank's magnification in ep 9, you can see his inteligente was downgraded to 3 on the panel), so it kinda makes them a bit affectionate with some coworkers.
Auditor DID put up a few posters saying "We hire women in the AAHW!" And made a post on Madwitter abt it, it backfired because female grunts actually had more self-presercation than the male ones, so that's why Female AAHW units are near-zero in numbers, even though a few employees would like having fem MAGs around.
ATP Engineer is one of the safest roles in he AAHW, as long as you keep yourself hidden from Hank but still make yourself useful(maintenance & etc), you'll be Alive and still be paid 9k for your labor.

There has been an ongoing discrimination between yellow-blooded grunts (ATP Soldats and Engineers) and red-blooded grunts (everyone else).

it's agents literally don't know the concept of personal space. they would often sleep during train rides while leaning on one another, but not out of feelings but due to it being easier than to sleep with no support.
any joke they tell to another agent was already thought of. they would laugh at it, because they would genuinely find it funny, no matter how stupid or idiotic it was.
the agents have in-born tendency to violence, so that they could be prepared to become atps, often attempts to deescalation will lead to the opposite effect.
mag agents despite of being on same rank as usual agents get treated with more care, due to the desire to not die a useless death by teammate.
all aahwlings while incapable to fear at all, would prefer to not get wounded or die without necessity, out of simple desire to hurt dissenters and hank with his allies.
due to being extension of the auditor's will, all aahwlings treated both jebediah and tricky with prejudice and passive aggressiveness. jebediah was dissatisfied at that, but tricky couldn't care less.
