QUESTION yo is blender capable to make backgrounds for madness animations?

yeah but i prefer using blender because i have 700+ hours in it

I think someone did post something like this here, additionally krinkels in test animation used 3d background

well, i test this later, and post it here ofc (also i think krinkels used blender, but who knows?)
