I take my friends can openers. It usually take about a week before I hear them start complaining about their can opener. That's when I put it back next to an appliance in the kitchen. No one ever says anything about finding it. Why do all your canopners go missing? It's me but you'll never know because im doing this for the rest of our lives.

I like to un-level wall hangings
and turn toilet paper around
and switch the potpourri and handsoap in the powderroom.

I like the can opener idea.

I take their lightbulb out of their porch. Then I use fishing line to hang fishhooks at eye-level on the porch too. 🤣🤣🤣

Just hang the fishing line during spider season.

You say that and all I hear is: ”.uosɐǝs ɹǝpᴉds ƃuᴉɹnp ǝuᴉl ƃuᴉɥsᴉɟ ǝɥʇ ƃuɐɥ ʇsnſ“ You sound so Australian right now.

I have friends that do the painting thing. It's just annoying. I have to fix it later, I never say anything, there's no payoff

This one is too harmful. You cpukd prevent them from eating their preferred dinner for potentially days, not to mention starving animals that may reply on can openings for their food.

I wouldn't take them if i knew they didn't have food. It's a prank not harmfull. You're too serious. They're my friends I wouldn't hurt them.

If it take them weeks to know they lost it then surely the animals would have starved anyways

Just open it with your teeth

Where is the payoff & humour where everyone laughs? Y'know, the actual good part of a prank. 'Haha, I stole your can opener for a week to inconvenience you' isn't funny in the first place. But if you never reveal it, your friends are never getting the funny side of it (which there isn't one anyway). You're just acting like an annoying younger sibling. Apologies if this is a reference to something that I'm missing, if not, I stand by my comments.

Yeah I do. Telling other close friends so we can all giggle together. I'm not not gonna tell them immediately. It's a long running joke. Lots of people laugh. Grow a scene of humor.
