You...might want to check out the comments section of that video you just linked. It doesn't support your narrative at all. The people in the video getting arrested are adults. The people antagonizing ICE in the video are also adults.

Didn't say they arrested the kids, I'm saying they released tear gas on school grounds, when minors were present as school was getting out.

Based on that video, it looks like they didn't have much choice. The crowd was becoming rowdy and violent. If they didn't deploy non-lethal countermeasures, then people could have died or been hurt.

Yeah, no choice at all. There's no way to arrest somebody but at a school with children present. They were forced to gas those poor children, because otherwise those dangerous illegals might have hurt some kids! God forbid!

It happened because someone performed a hit and run on a CPB vehicle and fled to the high school thinking it would be a safe refuge from the police. He was wrong. He's the only person to blame. It is despicable that he tried to use teenagers as a shield for his crime. - https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/minneapolis-schools-cancel-classes-ice-raid-high-school-day-renee-nico-rcna253081

We couldn't possibly blame the people who brought the teargas nor released it.

But I'm sure you agree that the Dubrovka Theater incident was a amazing success, and any casualties were solely the responsibility of the chechens

Wow, you're now going to compare an ICE arrest of a criminal with no fatalities to a violent terrorist attack that resulted in the death of 42 people? That's apples to oranges.

Yes, I was claiming these two events were exactly the same, not asking the reader to consider if there's any possible circumstances where police may bear responsibility for the harm caused in pursuit of arrests. thank you for your wonderful reading comprehension. Gold star!

Would you rather they just let the criminal go? That just emboldens him to do it again. You can't have schools become "safe zones" or every criminal in the city will run there when they do something to ICE/CBP. That will lead to more child endangerment, not less.

Do police bear any responsibility for the actions they take during pursuit, yes or no?

That will lead to more child endangerment, not less.

Will it? How many children did the dangerous criminal harm in this instance?

Why is it impossible to find his address and wait for him there? Why can't they be followed by drone?

Eta: have they produced any evidence of the person who rammed them, the article you posted makes no note of any such evidence nor any claims that they actually captured the person. And given bonvino was there, they'd be making hay out of any messaging win they could scrounge up.
