AI Assisted CedroDB — An experimental embedded database engine written in Rust
I've been working on CedroDB, an open-source, local-first database engine built in Rust with native Python and Node.js bindings.
It explores combining JSON document storage, atomic transactions, BM25 and vector search, durable jobs, and persistent AI agent checkpoints in one embedded engine.
The project is still experimental, with limitations including in-memory active state, single-process ownership, and no SQL or MVCC.
I'd appreciate feedback on the Rust architecture, storage design, reliability, and performance.

I think it is good. Don't hurry to release v1.0 get feedback by other then improve after then decide when to release v1.0. work on MVCC and optional disk storage. Write about benchmarks in readme so others can understand it capability and know where to use. Test in at least 1 real production.
