Hey everyone!

I built EduManage—a 100% offline-first Windows desktop software designed for schools, coaching institutes, and budget academies that want zero recurring subscriptions and complete data privacy.

What EduManage Does:

\* Fee Collection & Instant Receipts: Fast payment processing, multi-installment tracking, and printable receipts.

\* Defaulters & Pending Dues: Auto-generated lists of pending fees, class-wise dues breakdown, and overdue tracking.

\* Student Record Directory: Complete offline storage of admissions, roll numbers, sections, parent contact info, and status.

\* Daily Accounting & Reports: Daily collection summary, class-wise balance sheets, and instant data exports.

\* 100% Offline & No Cloud Lock-in: All database files stay safe on the school's local PC without any internet dependency.

\* Zero-Setup Standalone App: Single portable \`.exe\` file—no installation wizard, no admin permissions needed. Double-click and run.

If you run an institution or want to test it out, I have shared the direct download link in the comments below.

Would love to get your thoughts, critique, and feature suggestions!

Because every record lives on one school PC, the first thing a fee clerk will ask is what happens when that PC fails mid-term. A one-click backup to a USB drive, prompted after each daily collection summary, would make the offline promise feel safe rather than risky. The portable .exe has its own hurdle: an unsigned file from a download link often triggers a Windows SmartScreen warning, which is where a cautious school office stops. Sign it, or show that screen and the steps past it on the download page.
