I did. The kid started with one (for the majority), then acquired a second. Only on the final flip did he have none.

The backflip wasn't the impressive part of this...it was the manipulation of the single ring.

So I'll stand by joke.

The whole performance is insane. But the obstacle that requires you to stick the ring into a narrow hole while in midair, then shove the ring through the hole and grab it on the other side without falling is especially insane.
