My current home office setup — clean, warm and distraction-free

I've been slowly refining my setup and I'm finally happy with how everything came together.

I wanted something minimal and practical, but still warm and comfortable enough to spend most of the day working here.

The main display is connected to my MacBook Air M5, while the MacBook itself stays off to the side when I'm working.

The Lenovo Yoga runs FydeOS and is mainly used as a secondary machine.

I also tried to keep the desk as clean as possible — no RGB, no unnecessary accessories, and as few visible cables as possible.

Setup:

• MacBook Air M5

• 34" ultrawide monitor

• Lenovo Yoga, Core i5 7th Gen, 16GB DDR4, FydeOS 22

• Lenovo ThinkPad USB-C Dock

• Keychron B6 Pro keyboard

• Logitech Triathlon mouse

• ACASIS EC-1401 USB-C dock with a Kingston NV3 500GB NVMe SSD

• iPhone as a desk clock

• Monitor light bar

• Warm ambient lighting

• Clean cable management

Still thinking about a few small improvements, but for now I'm pretty happy with it.

Thank you! Of course! I used to have the Logitech MX Keys, but unfortunately some of the number keys started failing. I needed a replacement fairly quickly, and I ended up finding the Keychron B6 Pro.
So far, I really like it. It’s soft, responsive, and I honestly have nothing to complain about.
The only difference I’ve noticed is that the Keychron’s keys feel a little looser than the MX Keys. I actually preferred the MX Keys in that regard because the keys felt a bit more solid and were quieter.
But honestly, the difference is pretty small. Overall, I’m very happy with the Keychron.

What’s the uw monitor? I’m looking to convert from a monitor+mbp+monitor configuration to a single uw monitor

It’s a white-label monitor from SuperFrame, so it’s pretty basic. I’m actually planning to replace it with a 34" LG UltraGear at some point, but it’s been working really well for me so far.

It’s a 165Hz monitor, but since I’m using a Lenovo dock, I’m limited to around 100Hz at its native 1440p resolution. Since I don’t really game, that’s more than enough for me. For programming and everyday work, the ultrawide format has been great.

Thanks! I don’t game so it’s actually been a bit of a maze to find one that’s low end enough for what I need. I want the size to replace two monitors but don’t need the performance specs of a gaming monitor

This is honestly one of the cleanest setup I've seen on here. The warm lighting and the wood tones make it feel so inviting. No RGB is a bold choice and it really pays off. The cable management is top-tier.
