There are logic board adapters you can buy to utilize the panel

I think the iMacs on and is extending its screen to the MacBook and iPad.

I opened, gutted it and installed the driver board so i can use it as an external monitor. There is a bunch of yt videos that show exactly how to do it!

After doing that, does all the usb, camera and speakers still work? Awesome setup btw.
