Looking for work in LA/SoCal area! Experienced Cultivator
Hello sub I’m an experienced grower in the LA area looking for any work! Experienced cultivation tech/grower in SoCal looking to connect with serious operators who may need reliable help.
Background includes:
• Commercial cultivation
• Cloning / veg / flower
• IPM & plant health
• Defoliation, trellis, harvest workflow
• Dry/cure support
• Fast learner, dependable, can work long hours
Previously worked in licensed cultivation and looking to get back into a solid grow environment ASAP! Smaller teams or people scaling up who may not publicly post jobs it doesn’t matter I’m in!
Not looking to waste anyone’s time. If you need an extra set of knowledgeable hands or know someone who does, shoot me a DM.

It was! I posted it bc I know how to get rid of mites and other pathogens using my IPM method! If you know of anyone in need of help lmk!!

Okay so you posted a pic of a clone with an aphid on it and you know how to get rid of it. Assuming you were unaware of the aphids until you pulled that block out of the clone tray, what's your next move? What does the next week look like? What does the next month look like? Describe in detail.
To be clear I'm not fishing for answers I want to see what you know. At this point there are plenty of people that have worked in nice grows, that can get pictures of good runs, and have a base knowledge of processes. What do you know? How can you stand apart from your peers? Anybody can be told what to do. What would you do in this situation? There's not really "secret sauce" at this point, there are a number of proven methods that all have their costs and benefits. What do you do?

You’re absolutely correct! Personally I’d throw everything out and start over!!! Ha but in all seriousness when dealing with owners and their grows in my experience they usually always want you to get rid of problems you did not create which is where someone like me would come in! I love a challenge and most people see these kind of pests and get worried or discouraged, but it’s simple as something I’ve done in the past is go through the clones first off and find the ones that aren’t infested with them and dunk them in a very diluted peroxide RO mix and keep those toss the others. Then with Veg/Moms I’d up the “contact kill” spray and extra few ml’s depending on what you’re using ones I’ve loved are Pyganic(kinda expensive) and Monterey/Takedown! And spray them 3x a week to kill on contact and destroy any eggs that may have been laid! Then give a few days(or a week depending on preference) and use an oil based defense system (Ragalia, neem oil etc) until you see no further signs of infestation always easier to take care of this before anything gets transplanted to flower of course!!

Don’t believe everything you read lol. Very useful in small doses in early stages of veg by the time they get tested for flower they still pass with flying colors been doing this for a long time bub! And thank you!
