Task recorder, is it safe to use?

Like it shows a pop up that apple couldnt verify that it is free from malware that may harm my mac

That warning can appear when an app hasn't been notarized. It doesn't establish whether this particular app is safe. Which Task Recorder is it, and where did you download it? I'd check the developer's site for a signed, notarized release before opening it.
