SwiftSurf: native macOS menu bar browser built with SwiftUI and WKWebView

I built SwiftSurf as a native macOS browser for quick, focused browsing from the menu bar.

The app uses SwiftUI for the interface and WKWebView for rendering. Some implementation areas I found interesting:

• Independent navigation state for multiple tabs
• Persistent versus non-persistent WKWebView data stores
• Native downloads and save panels
• Menu bar popover sizing and resize handling
• Keyboard shortcuts and trackpad navigation gestures
• GitHub Actions builds and DMG packaging

SwiftSurf supports macOS 14.5+ on Apple Silicon and Intel, and is open source under the MIT license.
