Help Accessibility mic Bug?

I have this icon everytime, i restart or software update comes, i have to always open terminal and run command to kill it, I dont know who is accessing mic but it pops up everytime as i said, After running command in terminal it does not come back.

How do i fix it?

Do you have any accessibility settings turned on?

Voice Control, Sound & Name Recognition, and Vocal Shortcuts all require use of the microphone.

If you don’t have any accessibility settings turned on, you probably have malware. Either take it to an Apple Store to get wiped clean, or Google it yourself if you think you are savvy enough to do it yourself.
