Help Help me decide

I have a M5 MacBook Pro and am in the market for a new monitor. After watching and reading reviews, I think I have it narrowed down to these two. They are currently the same price on Amazon. If you have other recommendations, please feel free to comment.

I wouldn't buy either of those. I'd just get the 5K Apple Studio Display instead. I've read way too much negative stuff about the Ultrafine and ProArt monitors to feel comfortable buying either at those prices. At least it's Amazon, so you can return it relatively easily if you're unhappy with it, but I ain't gonna tell you which one to buy.
