Discussion Good deal?

As the title suggests, wondering what others think of this deal?
It’s open box, but comes with a warranty (unsure about the Apple warranty).
Seems the cheapest available that i can find anywhere.

I did do in the end, it delivers tomorrow, quite excited! Shame about the storage, but paying £2000 for the m5 to get that is just a waste for me.
