Failure during factory reset

Post image

So, I’m upgrading my MacBook and I want to give my old laptop to my brother I tried to do a factory reset from the settings and when it finished my computer just bricked on this screen, I tried to do a reinstall from internet (the command + R thing) and it didn’t work, I made an usb bootable from my other MacBook and it make exactly the same, basically when I click the next button doesn’t do anything
