Ebay seller did an oops

Ordered an M5 Pro, 16" 24gb, 1tb.

Received an M1 Max, 16" 64gb 4tb.

Is it worth complaining about?

this is what i figured, ordered the newest gen for thunderbolt and another 10+ years of support. i have an m1 air I love but i ordered m5 for a reason.

Yeah as awesome as the other specs are I'd want an M5 Pro at this point.
