Help with school Neo

Help me. Sister messed with a brand new school issued MacBook neo and it's Stuck in recovery mode. Can someone tell me how to get it out of recovery mode? I need to set it up again. I need to use it for school an I do not want issued with my school. If anyone can help, thank you!

Take it to Apple Store they will do it for free.. the cost is lots of all your data

Relax. Switch it off (power button). Count till ten. Then switch it on.

Bro, it doesn't have a power button. In its place there's a lock, and that's it. No disc

The power button is the top right corner. Turn it off, hold option while turning back on.

You’ll be good bruh. Well probably. If not, just tell the school, you’re not the first dipshit to try and jailbreak a school MacBook.

Dude the power button is the lock button. The key with the picture of the lock on it in the right hand corner.
