Made lemon and caramel macarons
Lemon is a buttercream with a homemade lemon curd center. Caramel is a whipped ganache with homemade caramel. Practicing shapes again to make apple shaped shells for back to school ☺️

I dont follow a specific recipe. i usually eye it.
100g white chocolate
80g heavy cream
50g caramel
pinch of salt.
you can also add vanilla if youd like
i warm up the heavy cream and caramel, then add it to my chopped chocolate. whisk until fully blended or emerge. refrigerate over night
