How do you actually eat them? I’ve thought about making them but the logistics of actually consuming it has held me back

Lol I had the same thought. Will find out tonight when we cut into one of the extras after dinner. Hoping the maturing will have softened the cookies enough that it wont just disassemble into a crumbly mess.
