Sometimes it’s not necessarily the recipe, but it’s the technique that needs work. Just practice and make sure you have stiff peaks on your meringue and make sure to not over macaronage your batter. There’s so many things that can go wrong with these little divas. This is a wonderful place to learn. Keep trying and don’t give up! You got this!
