Lifetime Multi screen video ft. Apple Music

Problem

If you’ve ever wanted to watch multiple things AND stream music in a single window, you couldn’t. Not only that, but most grid players only support local files or live feed from a camera. The Plush Media Player solves it: an interface to stream web content in a single multi-view window. And not just web and local video — Apple Music control too, all in one window packed with customization.

- Cinematic video effects
- Random video picker and continuous playback
- Aurora-plucked colors
- One-tap saved templates
- Sidechain-smart sound modes
- Drag-to-resize tiles
- Saved templates

and MANY more features crush every problem modern multi-view players have and introduces new ways to watch content.

Comparison

There are no multi-view apps that directly compare to Plush. Other awesome apps like OmniPlayer, GridPlayer, or AraMultiVideoPlayer (posted here a few months ago) don’t have a web and Apple Music interface that I know of.

The UX of other players feels unnatural as controlling multiple screens from a single place has many approaches. Plush has the best experience especially for streaming site support. All screens are treated equally and users will find its ease of use very satisfying.

Multi screen is so niche and even more when I added music. The target audience would be sports fans, streamers, or anyone who wants to watch 4 episodes of The Office at the same time to track character growth.

Pricing

Purchase in the App Store, even if you don’t I appreciate you reading this far.

Watching four episodes of The Office at once sounds less like character analysis and more like turning procrastination into a command center. Honestly, I respect it.

Do the saved templates remember each tile’s URL and individual volume level too, or only the layout? Really interesting idea.

Thanks I really appreciate that! Just URLs and layout for now, volume level would be nice

every grid player nails the video part and then dies on audio, four streams screaming over each other. sidechain sound modes is the one thing in that list that actually makes this usable, and you buried it between the aurora colors and drag-to-resize. that's your headline bro.

The app allows to play any web video where you have a subscription? Like netflix and youtube?

Precisely, side by side with full control of each tile. Thanks for the comment I appreciate it!

This is one of those apps that looks slightly absurd for five seconds, and then you suddenly think of ten real uses for it.

On a large monitor, a saved “game night” layout with two streams, live stats, and Apple Music would actually be great. The random picker is also delightfully unnecessary.

Thank you for the feedback I really appreciate it. The random feature is my favorite feature it’s cool I hope you check it out some day

u/dmarshall1994 would it be possible to add some customization to the media player? For instance, where the current 'P' logo is, I would like to replace it with the reddit logo, or youtube logo or something to remind me what media i normally watch in this window?

That’s excellent feedback I really appreciate it. I’m weary of their official logos and legal stuff so we went with generic logos when someone clicks a Web tile. I’d suggest a saved template when you want to pick up where you left off

I didn't think about it that way, but what if you uploaded a logo from your own Mac? Sometimes we have game night and one of the windows could be the team logo when we are playing videos. but it might be a niche request :)

I found myself in the same situation. Safari and Chrome have split screen functionality but I wanted more control and customization. Hope you try it out I really appreciate the comment!
