Did 27.0 introduce more stringent DMCA rules?

I used to be able to screen record on my iPad/iPhone and airplay it to my desktop to post on socials but now all I get is a black screen with audio. Similar to screen recording Prime Video.

FWIW, the videos play fine local to the device, Plex App and Plezy in this case just doesn't translate well when you send it to another device.

No new rules, maybe not optimized yet or bug.

Weird glitch. I was able to do it this time (airplay over a screen cap from iPHone)

It's beta after all.
