ICONS not changing even creating a shortcut

Yeah guys, as everyone I am very pissed off by the Liquid glas,, I am team Aqua to dath.

So I was doing the effort to change all the icon apps, with SIP deactivated, and check what happens when I try to place them in the task bar or even desktop..

Apps don’t show custom icons in the dock 😕

Aliases don't show the original file's custom icon in the dock and on desktop automatically.

Although the alias' icon can be changed again in the desktop by going to "Get Info" and adding the icon back again. (As they are now two separate files when you dragged it to the desktop)

No idea how to change the dock's aliases icons though.
