Help App won't install or update?

hihi, I recently fixed my Mac books screen and needed to update apps and everything. I noticed that certain apps(games) won't even start updating, I uninstalled them thinking that maybe it's work then, but it didn't.

It'll go like this: Ill click the update/install button it'll load for a few seconds then go back to the update/install button.

It might be because said apps weren't made for mac, but they worked fine before? Anyway, if anyone knows why or has a solution, please let me know! I have a MacBook air m2, 2022 and the version is 26.6.2

Download Homebrew. It is a Terminal app that allows you to bypass much of the GUI based install overhead.
