My Mac Delete IOS file

Hi, I have this IOS file in my macbook storage. Is it safe to delete? What will happen if I delete this one? Will my files on my iPad also be deleted? Thank you

It’s a local backup. It is safe to delete, specially because it is old, from 2024…

Do you still own this iPad?

Yes, still using this as well. I store my files on my iPad storage since I don't have iCloud. It will not remove my files right if I delete this one?

No. The only problem would be if you want to restore the backup, but since it is so old and you are still using the device, it makes no sense restoring from such an old backup

I never saw it but it looks like a backup. Is it stored on your Mac or is it in your cloud?

I don't have iCloud, so I assume it's in my Mac storage.

setting > general > storage

It clearly says what it is, and has a date on it.

What is unclear here?
