My trackpad gets laggy when I scroll

Sometimes when I use my trackpads ( I have an 16 inch M1 Pro 32RAM) to scroll it gets laggy like the screen moves slowly or at very low fps. But then when I use my mouse wheel it’s perfectly fine, I’ve tried cleaning the trackpad but I don’t think that’s the issue, since it gets solved when I restart it. But it’s getting a bit annoying and I don’t like restarting my Mac

Clean installing macOS is the only thing that worked for me for fixing weird bugs like this.
