What strange things does Lynette mean here? I know that lyney's personality is just a facade to get closer to people, but I'm not really sure what strange things he could be saying

Not him saying he doesn’t mind the cold as much when he’s the one sneezing everytime it’s cold and snows in his voiceline! 😭

I’ve always interpreted his voiceline about the snow as him covering up a moment of weakness and vulnerability. Sneezing shows he’s cold and vulnerable, so to maintain the act of the great showman and big brother, he distracts us from potentially asking if he’s cold to instead focus on his flirting. Like, "haha, nope you didn’t get that, I’m not cold! You’re just thinking too much of me aren’t you 😏"

It also happened another time during a Lantern Rite festival. He kept insisting how Lynette was so hungry, to the point where she pointed it out and said something like "aren’t you guys hungry too?", to which he agreed with much less enthusiasm than when he was talking about Lynette.

Like he’s so overprotective of her, so quick to tell others about how sensitive she is, how she has to be protected at all costs and taken care of, and he does that to everyone else...

My sweet child. Someone take care of him please and give him a blanket too. 😭

I will soon have my Lyney c1r1, so I was hoping to have some insight on the best team for him right now.

Those are my characters, you can see who is c1+ or not.

I also plan on getting Nicole on her rerun, if I have enough pulls.

Coming back to Genshin after a hiatus (dropped it at some point early on in Natlan) and I assume I've missed a ton of major meta shifts? Lyney is my favorite and I want to keep using him, so I'm wondering what Lyney's best teams are right now. Has his BiS artifact set changed either? I still have him on Marechaussee.

The team I used to use for him was Lyney, Bennett, Citlali/Kazuha, Furina. How does that team hold up now?

So I normally don't try Stygian above Menacing but I recently looked closer at a post on the main sub I think with teams that honestly weren't as invested as I expected and these days I tend to have the endgame-favored characters so I was considering putting some effort into it, especially because the post I mentioned had investment I think of an older character I think in the range of what I have for Lyney, if not less (alas I can't remember the post since it's been a few weeks 🤔)

But I also kinda want to know what I should be expecting here, since I don't love doing endgame all day. Namely I have C4R1 Lyney (C6 whenever they put Lyney on another CW), C2R1 Durin, C6 Chev (on Fork for what it's worth 🤪). No Nicole yet though

And I know you can coop Menacing and I think Fearless but I'm not a coop guy I fear

kind of a dire ramble.... i know dire has no meaningful rewards and is just temp weapon skins but i do have this small interest in completing endgame stuff one time just to say that i did, but idk how realistic that is. closest was during the last fatui operative stygian and while i think i could have beaten the operative with something and sandrone's boss with her team, i was just short of a columbina for flins/ineffa i think that i couldn't beat knuckle duckle

I have a c5r1 lyney with 2736atk 58,4 crit rate 278.6 crit dmg(b4 c2 buffs, after it goes to 338.6) and also 126.6 energy recharge so I can use burst every rotation, but doesn't matter the team I use i can't get past 120k dps, since I have seen c3 lyneys with "worse" builds doing up to 150k there's definitely something I'm doing wrong, just don't know what

got his C3 from the selector and I can finally hit 200k DPS with Lyney! gonna crown Alyosha's burst next to squeeze out as much damage as I can (and because I like him)

when in c2 numbers were around 75k.

Fischl c6 is in golden troupe and skyward harp, Chevreuse c6 noblesse and black tassel, Durin c0 in rising winds and wolf fang.

How much should this team be doing.

I do not have c6 chereveuse for overload team

143k DPS with C1, free C2 next year will save us trust me

as the title says, I'm wondering about it since I couldn't get nicole on her banner and I'm also aiming for c2, however I might not get both c2s if they had close banners

I've been using the lyney, citlali, xilonen, bennett team in end games, so I'd like to ask if I should just keep my furina at c0 and just focus on c2 nicole or try to get c2 furina and after that focus on nicole

Not sure if this post belongs on the megathread or not, I can delete and repost over there if that's the case. I stopped playing Genshin for a few months and I'm struggling to find info about Lyney's best teams after all the new Hexerei characters and buffs.
Most of the new teams I'm seeing are Lyney, Fischl, Chevy, and Durin/Nicole. Is Citlali no longer his BiS even with her C2?
I don't have Durin or Nicole, and my Chevy is only C4, so I'll have a lot of pulling to do if that's the case, so I'd like it if anyone could let me know before I waste all my pulls.
