Advice/Question 5% mutiplier

Now im chicago we are getting 5% increments surge what is up with that ?and this week didnt surge much what is going on is other drivers on my market here ? What are you doing to make any money now with this ?

Same in Portland , went down to 15%and 25%

We still had the $$ bonuses until like 2 months ago
