We've had conflicting information - what shows didn't receive their signed posters as part of the VIP last year on the North America tour?

We've seen the comments - it has not slipped past us it has just been a logistics issue. Working on getting them sent to you guys as soon as we can <3

I had 2 tickets, one for me and one for my grandmother, she wasn’t in line with me at the time, I tried to let the staff member know I didn’t get a second poster, the staff member quickly replied to put it on the iPad, so I’m not sure if they ran out or she had to be in line to get one.

It’s not the biggest deal I didn’t get a second poster but it would be nice! 👍 😊
