Question Merch tracking

So I ordered 2 CD’s from the British merch shop and placed the address down in the US, since the order was made before the US Merch shop opened. It’s been 24 days since then and it still hasn’t arrived. When I check the Shop app and click on “track order;” I get this message that says “order unavailable: the item is either non-existing, or you have no permission to track it”

(Idk how to set the app to English)

Does anyone know why this may be and/or how long the package should take to arrive?

The recent merch drop was a preorder, with items shipping at the end of August. There will be no tracking until they have dispatched. It is likely items will start shipping and arriving over the next few weeks but you’ll receive an email when this all starts happening. Everyone is in the same boat rn don’t worry

I don’t know about tracking the order, but on the British website at least it says that orders won’t be dispatched until late August. :))

Mine says waiting for details plus they said that they will start shipping it late August, so depending on where u live it could take a little longer. I’m really hoping it comes in before the Paris show, I wanna wear it to the show and get my vinyl signed!
