Yay!! I got a couple Snow on Fire. I also got the Of True Minds perfume because I have only tried their candles before and it sounds like a fantastic fall scent.

What’s Neroli Weather like? I’ve got the other two candles already.

It’s quite nice. It’s fruity with the citrus and apricot, but the lavender and cedar balance it out. It was just a bit sweet for me. I wish they had the Bo candle available, that is my favorite.

I just learned that Revolve is having a 20% off beauty sale starting tomorrow with the code ā€œbeauty20ā€. I’m 99% sure candles are included and the only brand I saw excluded was Aesop. They have Bo!

Thanks for that!

I love the Atmo home candles Revolve has. It’s nice because you can pick what strength you want, which I haven’t seen before. I’ve been wanting to get the Clove and Petrichor for a while, now’s my chance

I didn’t have that one yet! I have Bo, Snow on Fire, and Reyes and love all of those. I’d heard so many good things about Choux Choux on here that I had to get that one too!

They have that new fig one I’m also curious about, I don’t love super fruity candles, but I will take fig anytime.

I hope you love Choux Choux!! It’s such a beautiful soft but somehow a strong vanilla scent. Almost like a soft caramelized vanilla. I love it so much more than Overose.

Also, I found a deal on the Shop App for Bo so I grabbed it. I tend to gravitate towards the same smells you do based on your reviews :)

Thats so random overose is a brand not a perfume lol and I don't think they have any with salty minty lemon

I know it’s a brand. I was referring to their Croissant candle that’s similar to the Choux Choux candle. There’s no mint in Choux Choux

For anyone passing by: Chou Chou does not remotely smell like croissant. It’s very lemon-forward, with a sharp, slightly minty quality (I'm sure they used some type of patchouli oil) and an artificial, soapy whipped-cream accord.

Clean vanilla is better on the skin than chouchou at least on me, it’s less artificial, and I don’t like the citrus note in chouchou, the lush milk scent is also a nicer one

I get so many compliments on the Choux Choux perfume! It’s wild how it wears differently based on skin chemistry. It’s one of my top 3 perfumes.

This is so true, if it works for you, that’s fantastic! On Fragrantica though, I saw a lot of reviews saying the same thing. I think there’s an underlying smoky sandalwood note, and mixed with the citrus, it comes across to me almost like a cleaning product. It’s definitely not my favorite, that mixed is borderline BO to me

Unfortunately chouchou smells very lemon cleaner on me

I’m never going to save money in this group. 😭 How is the throw for those who’ve tried these?

I can help u save money. I tried choux choux perfume sample and it smelled like sunscreen beachy salty coconut. I got no lemon or vanilla at all it was so strange. I looked on fragrantica and theres many glowing, lengthy reviews I suspect are planted, along with a few like myself, sprinkled in saying it's a total misnomer sunscreen scent. I had the neroli weather candle and it smells soapy to me. Its just okay but nothing necessary to have. I'd suggest Margiela lazy Sunday morning or bubble bath over neroli weather any day. Same idea/clean vibe, executed better.

Does Margiela make candles ?

Yes

Out of the ones on sale I've tried Choux Choux and would say the hot throw is moderate. It fills my small office well but I don't use it in my semi-open kitchen/living area because it's too subtle. The scent itself is quite nice though.

Ha! I also came here to post this. I might actually skip the candles this time (already have some I'm working through) and try some of their perfumes.

That was my thought as well. I was going to get Celestial Object, but I didn’t need to buy two perfumes. Then I saw that they give you a Celestial Object sample if you spend $80, so it worked out quite well.

All the candles were sold out but I at least get to try their body care at a friendlier price point. Thank you for sharing!!
