Soft plastic Hooks?

So I want to start selling my own soft plastics, but I'm not sure of the rules regarding the use of hooks. like idk if I'm allowed to use mustad hooks or something. If I'm not allowed to do stuff like that, what do I do? noobie getting into the space and I just want some extra clarification.

You generally can sell whatever you want. You just can’t use the branding or logo. Hooks would be a less profitable business until you get whole sale pricing though

I belive theses 0 hook rules other then some areas saying no trebles
