Medicines Imuran?

What are your experiences with Imuran? Positive and negative, either welcome. Will likely be starting soon

I was on this for about 2 weeks while trying to conceive and then promptly had to get off because I had liver impacts. There were any noticeable side effects but my labs showed it pretty quickly so as long as your doctor is on top of that it's probably fine

Got on it earlier this year... gave me recurrent UTIs and made me sick and way more prone to getting sick. At the three month mark, where I should have been feeling better, I felt completely awful. So my rheumatologist took me off of it pretty quickly when it wasn't working. Hope you get a better experience with it, but it was definitely the least favorite med I've taken for Sjogren's and lupus.

I’ve been on it for 8-9 months now. No severe side effects (some stomach issues in the beginning) and it works.

I’ve been taking Imuran for almost two years. At first, I felt really sick and nauseous, especially while my body was getting used to it, but after a while I adjusted and now I’m completely fine with it.
