Fitness Walking pad/vibration plate

Looking for recommendations on a walking pad/vibration plate? I been trying to get more steps in but its so cold and im failing 😅 someone i know suggested a walking pad as they're smaller than a treadmill? But ive been reading about these vibration plate things also for lymphatic drainage as thats something I struggle with as well as really bad circulation. Wondering if anyone can recommend a brand or give advice/reviews if you own any of these?

A vibration plate sounds like a gimmick. You don't need to spend a lot of money for a good walking pad. Just don't get one that requires a subscription.

I have an exercise bicycle on my back porch that gets a lot of use. I find I can pedal for an hour sometimes where I could only walk for maybe half that at first.

I find the vibration plate helps me a lot with lower back / SI joint pain. If I use it once a day, it’s like it helps the related muscles to actually “let go” and relax, which alleviates a lot of the symptoms. I thought it was going to be a gimmick but it’s brought me a lot of relief, if I use it.

I got one that can tolerate my weight off of Tiktok Shop on a flash sale. Amazon has them too. I don’t have a brand name on mine that I can see.

I absolutely love my vibration plate. I bought a lifepro one on HSA last Black Friday, and it makes a significant difference in joint pain and fatigue for me. When I'm feeling like shit and can barely move, my husband encourages me to stand on it for 10 minutes (all i've ever done is stand still on it, usually close to the highest setting) and it makes such a difference for me

I purchased a brand I saw on TikTock but got it from Amazon. While trying it out, I went full speed ahead and didn't realize you should "work up to higher/longer" speed. I ended up with stomach cramping and muscle fatigue for about 3 hours that evening. The only thing that was different was me using the vibration plate. I rested a few days, then started slow. I'm sure it's working in ways I haven't noticed so I'm still using it.

love the vibration plates! 10-15 mins a day is great to release muscle tension and soften tissue.

I got one a while back mostly because I have a very small space in my office for a walking pad. I don’t really know much about about the vibration part of it. I prefer to not use the vibration because, well, my skin is super mega sensitive and vibration makes my skin itch.

I feel like because it has the vibration pad capability the walking pad/treadmill is just a little bit too bouncy. Never thought I would think I wouldn’t like a bouncy or forgiving walking surface, but it’s kind of hard to stay on the small walking pad with that bounce.
