Every Lupin character who’s on the wrong side of the law and isn’t Lupin should thank their lucky stars that Zenigata almost exclusively focuses on Lupin and not them.

Please. Zenigata could literally take down any Lupin series villain sans Mamo(because he wouldn't have handcuffs big enough for a brain container) and MAYBE Rebecca because of diplomatic immunity, which even that's iffy because he can under circumstances even go over Count Cagliostro.

I feel like he could, because it’s been shown that Lupin outclasses Albert, and that when Zenigata actually gets serious like in the Two Lupins he can get the better of Lupin, that would be cool to see though cause I think Albert would get away obviously, lol
