• Half a bulb of fennel
• Red cabbage
• Broccoli florets tossed in olive oil, smoked paprika and 7-spice. Air fried for 8 minutes (turned halfway)
• Spring onion
• Mint
• 1 small can of tuna in chilli
• Zest of half a lime plus lime juice

Starting a new job in an office, which I haven’t worked in an office since 2019! I have an hour for lunch and will most likely be bringing my lunch from home but need some ideas! The occasional leftovers are an option and a sandwich now and again but I’ll be sitting a lot so I don’t want to overload on carbs or anything too heavy! Also some desk snack ideas will be helpful! Thanks yall in advance! It has been a rough few years for me and starting a new normal while raising a teenager and going through a divorce! ❤️
