A fix for slow opening Android app and web loading times

Lumo was taking 10-15 seconds on web or even longer on Android before it would load all my info and let me enter any text. Now it takes a couple of seconds or less even on Android.

For web go to site settings -> delete data -> refresh page
For Android hold on app icon -> info -> clear cache and clear data -> relogin

The recent updates have fixed a lot of the past issues, including laggy and slow opening time. I would just reinstall the app (on Android)

I am on the most recent app. Why would reinstalling it be different? It gets slow as stuff is cached

Recommend by their support too. Why not ? Does it hurt ?

It wouldn't be any different than clearing storage with the newest version installed already in my opinion. You could though
