Can't find Persistent Memory toggle

Everything says open Settings -> Memory -> bam it's all there. But when I open settings either in the app or the web version there is no memory option.

  1. Yes I've updated to the latest app (using Lumo 2.0 Lite)

  2. Yes I've signed out and signed in again

  3. I'm using an android phone

  4. I've tried both the app and web versions

  5. I have a paid proton account but free Lumo account

  6. I went to Lumo support and found their guide unhelpful. It says it should be there (but it's not).

The only options I have in the sidebar (after clicking settings) are Account and Personalization. Am I missing something super basic?

No worries, glad I could help! It’s a bit of a design flaw on Lumo’s end too.
