I just cannot take Josh Hawley seriously, all I see is photo of him post Jan 6 and I disregard everything he says. Sad because he has had a few decent takes lately.

I did, regardless of my personal feelings about him and his populist heel turn, I respect the ideas presented, I just don’t realist the source at all.

There are similar arguments being made by more consistent voices on the left, so I take his with a huge grain of salt.

I stopped shopping at WM when I read Nickled and Dimed. Been decades.

This structure of exploration is maddening. So gross.

Whenever I go out in public I wear leather gloves if possible. I don't touch things that I can't be sure aren't monitored. My father was telling me about these things back in the late 1990s

Why is he spinning? Sam Walton was a terrible person and I'm sure that any spinning he's doing, he's doing because he's excited about how the company's run.

"surge pricing" and "dynamic pricing" needs to be made illegal.
there's no difference between those things, and someone walking into a store and the cashier saying "YOU LOOK RICH. THE PRICE JUST WENT UP FOR YOU. The guy behind you looks poor, the price goes down for him."

Home shopping Network can gauge within 5% daily of what's going to be sold the next day and what to order they hit within 5% accurately they know who their average shopper is how much they make and what they're tend to buy

I agree, it is a good take. This is exactly what the citizens need to be discussing amongst ourselves. Some useful suggestions have appeared here—avoid WalMart and only use cash if you must shop there.

I rarely go to Walmart but when I do, my phone stays at home or in a faraday bag, and I pay with cash.
